Buffalo & Bergen is a nostalgic eatery with modern vibes. The classic deli menu doesn’t miss with New York bagels, knishes, and egg creams; and that’s just the start. The “carb bar” serves old-school pastries, pizzas, and hot pockets.

This design is influcenced by New York City neighborhood community spaces: diners, eateries, cafes, and bodegas. These ‘places’ find their way into the project through details like the mosaic entry tile, the communal sink that doubles as a plant watering station, the kitchen crates near the restrooms, and the ‘bodega’ retail wall upon entry.
Pro Tip | Check out the wallpaper in the restrooms…it’s scratch-n-sniff : blood orange!
